Please note that the Service is not aimed at people under the age of 16, and we ask individuals under this age not to create an account or provide us with personal data.
We act as a data processor for certain information processed for Users, which is covered in our data processing agreement, see appendix 1 to our General Terms.
When we refer to “Affiliates” we are referring to the influencers using the Service to search for and accept offers of marketing collaborations from advertisers “Advertisers”.
We collect and process different types of personal data about you in connection with your use of the Service. We process personal data of Users for the following purposes:
To provide the Service. To be able to provide the Service as you have requested, with the agreement we have entered into as legal ground, we process your personal data for the following purposes:
To register your user account. We ask for your name and email-address from to register a user account. Furthermore, we will process the information that the Affiliates upload about themselves in their profile, such as profile picture and information about social media channels and accounts, e.g. number of followers and location of the followers.
You will also have the option to register your account in the Service through Instagram, meaning you connect your Instagram account to the Service and log in with your log in-details for Instagram. In that case we will also collect your Instagram ID as a part of your user account.
To handle payments. In order to administer payments, e.g. remuneration from Advertisers to Affiliates, we collect
for Advertisers: debit card information
for Affiliates: information about PayPal account or bank details.
To match Users with each other. One of the main functions in the Service is a function making it possible for Advertisers and Affiliates to find each other based on industries and areas of interest. For this function we process the information that Users have stated concerning interests, also called #hashtags. Furthermore, we process statistics about the marketing collaborations, which will affect the ranking of an Advertiser or Affiliate in the search results in the Service.
To keep and show statistics regarding the marketing collaborations. In order to administer payment of the correct amount of commission from the Advertiser to the Affiliates, and to provide Users with a simple tool for overview of collaborations that are ongoing or completed, we process statistics regarding the results of the collaborations, such as the percentage of end customers who purchased a product through a post by an Affiliate.
To provide customer support and develop the Service. To be able to develop the Service, provide support and adapt the Service to your device, we collect activity- and device information, such as browser client, OS, screen resolution and information about when and how Users use the Service. This technical information and statistics are used only in an aggregated format, meaning that the data cannot be used to identify you, except if needed to solve support cases. This process is based on our legitimate interest of developing the Service and offer a functioning Service.
To collect feedback about us and the Service. Based on our legitimate interest in being able to develop our Service we may contact you through the contact information provided by you – for the purpose of asking you to fill out a form with feedback. Filling out the form and giving us your feedback is voluntarily and any personal data being processed as part of your feedback is based on your consent. To the extent possible we avoid collecting personal data through this type of survey, but if necessary, for the purpose of the survey we may collect such information.
To communicate with you. Your personal data, more specifically, contact information and any information you include in your emails to us or that you otherwise provide us through communication, we process to be able to communicate with you. The processing is necessary either to fulfill the agreement entered between us regarding the provision of the Service (the General Terms), or in our legitimate interest of being able to effectively communicate with Users.
To fulfil our legal obligations. To the extent necessary for us to uphold our legal obligations and for compliance with applicable laws, we process the personal data necessary, e.g. for bookkeeping according to law or when reporting to the authorities is necessary.
To protect us, you and others. Your personal information may be used where we believe it is necessary to protect ours, yours or other legal rights, or other legitimate interests. Processing for this purpose can become necessary to defend us against or enforce legal claims. The legal ground for this processing is our legitimate interest to protect us, you and others and for us to be able to defend us against or enforce legal claims.
In connection with a merger or acquisition. In connection with, due to strategical or business-oriented reasons, a potential merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company, the personal data we keep about you may be processed, shared or transferred, to parties involved in the process. This processing is based on our legitimate interest of being able to develop our business.
For reference- and marketing material. Your personal data may be used for other specific purposes than stated above. However, that assumes that you have given your consent before the processing. For example, we may, with your consent, publish a reference by you or include you in articles about the Service or us, in order to market our services – if you have consented to it.
Information you give to us. Most of the information we collect about you is received from you in connection with your use of the Service and when you communicate with us.
Information gathered from other sources. If you choose to create a user account by connecting your Instagram account, we will collect information about your name and Instagram ID from Instagram.
We need, for specific purposes, to share your personal information with other trusted parties:
People working for us. Your personal information will be shared with people working for us e.g. consultants, if it is strictly necessary for them to eb able to perform their tasks.
Service providers. Your personal information will be shared with selected companies that enables the provision of the Service. We use suppliers that provides cloud storage and payment solutions (Adyen N.V.).
Authorities and other public actors. Sometimes we may have to share your personal information with authorities, courts and other actors such as legal representatives for example to respond to a lawful request from law enforcement agencies and other public and government authorities or if necessary, in connection with a legal process.
Parties involved in legal proceedings. In connection with a potential legal proceeding, including in the preparatory work for us to be able to defend us against or enforce any legal claims, your personal data may have to be shared with parties involved in the proceedings, such as lawyers.
Parties involved in a merger or acquisition. We may share or transfer your personal data in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company to parties involved in the process, e.g. legal representatives.
Other parties, if you request us to or permits us to.
We always strive to process and store your data within the EU/EEA. However, your data may in certain situations be transferred to a destination outside of the EU/EEA territory.
Please note that privacy laws in countries outside of the EU/EEA may not be the same as, and in some cases may be less protective than, privacy laws in your country. However, we always select our service providers carefully and take all the necessary steps to ensure that your personal data is processed with adequate safeguards in place in accordance with the GDPR. These safeguards are either that we sign the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses or ensure that the service provider is based in a country which the EU Commission has deemed as having adequate privacy protection including, if the company is based in the United States, certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield.

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. How long depends on the type of information and why we process it. The same information may be processed for several purposes. Some of your data may for example be stored in accordance with legal obligations, and then only processed for that purpose and no other.
We regularly review our need to keep data, taking into account applicable laws. Generally, we keep your data during the agreement period, normally as long as you have a user account in the Service. If you delete your account or if the agreement entered between us (the General Terms) is terminated, your data will be deleted within thirty (30) days.
Personal information processed with your consent as legal ground will be deleted if you withdraw your consent or when your data is anonymized. Please note that this does not affect the legality of our processing prior to the withdrawal. Your data may be processed for a longer time if needed due to legal obligations, for example for us to be able to follow applicable laws regarding tax, bookkeeping and accounting. In such cases, we will only keep your data to fulfill these legal obligations.
Your data, your decision. Here is a brief summary of your rights:
Right to access your data. You have the right to request a transcript of the personal data about you that is processed by us, and additional information regarding how the data have been collected, processed, shared etc. The first transcript may be requested free of charge. However, upon repeated and unreasonable requests we might charge you with an administrative fee.
Right to object. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and we may no longer process the personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing. You can always contact us for more information on the balance test that has been made for the processing activities that we base on our legitimate interests.
Right to erasure. You have the right to request that we delete personal data about you, for example if the data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was collected or otherwise processed, or if there is no legal ground for processing the data.
Right to rectification. You have the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information about yourself.
Right to restriction. You are entitled to request that the processing of your personal data should be limited until inaccurate or incomplete information about you has been corrected, or until an objection from you have been handled.
Right to withdraw your consent. You may at any time withdraw any consent you have given to us. However, please note that it will not affect the legality of any processing that has already taken place.
Right to transfer your data. You also have, under certain circumstances, the right to transfer the personal data you have provided to us with your consent or that is processed by us in order to fulfill our agreement, to another controller.
Right to complain to the supervisory authority. You have the right to contact and lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority in the country you live or work in, if you believe that we have not complied with our obligations regarding your personal data.

Please note, that if you ask us to restrict or erase your personal data, it may affect or prevent certain usage of the Service. Moreover, legal rights or obligations may restrict, or expand, your rights. For example, legal obligations may prevent us from or give us right to share, erase or transfer parts of your information.
